📋 Description
• Proactively help the recruiters for open positions, working with field hiring managers • Oversee drug screening and background check results • Review, screen and maintain applications and resumes • Prepare accurate offer letters through our applicant tracking system • Coordinate recruitment needs with appropriate hiring managers • Analyze and respond in a timely manner to all recruitment issues to resolve staffing challenges • Monitor the advertising and recruiting line items in the Human Resources budget to ensure expenses are within budgeted amounts • Report the status of all open positions on a weekly basis via the reporting system • Manipulate data and create recruiting reports in Excel • Phone screen and video screen applicants as needed • Assist with additional HR projects as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a computer with a webcam and a smartphone • Two+ years of Human Resources experience is a plus • Knowledge of internet recruiting, multiple job boards, and human resources information systems (HRIS) • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to speak clearly and positively on the phone, over email, and in person • Strong organizational skills • Detail-oriented in managing special HR Projects • Ability to think “out of the box” for tougher-to-fill positions
