📋 Description
• An empathetic people person with outstanding speaking and listening skills • Highly organized and able to accurately document all interactions and activities on a client's account • A multi-tasker who can analyze and prioritize customer accounts and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • An architect of the client experience, designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting scripts and accounts • Discreet and capable of keeping all company and customer information confidential • An excellent communicator, verbally and in writing
🎯 Requirements
• Successfully completed a Client Account Manager internship within the past 6 months or at the end of current internship to apply • Bilingual (Spanish) Client Account Manager needed
🏖️ Benefits
• 40 hours per week, self-scheduled between Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time • A minimum of 8 hours on Monday and 5 hours on Saturday required
