📋 Description

• Serve as a ServiceNow Tech Lead focused on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) for strategic projects. • Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow IRM implementation, enhancement, and support projects. • Map, organize, and assign team activities in accordance with ServiceNow best practices. • Translate business requirements related to risk, controls, audit, and compliance into technical solutions. • Design and implement solutions across Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, and Third-Party Risk Management. • Plan and architect sprints based on user stories and project priorities using Scrum. • Support the configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. • Develop and automate processes, approval workflows, controls, metrics, and notifications. • Configure risk profiles, entities, controls, tests, evidence, issues, and action plans. • Develop integrations and APIs using RESTful concepts. • Support technical decision-making, problem resolution, and continuous improvement. • Ensure technical quality and adherence to ServiceNow best practices. • Collaborate with technical, functional, architecture, security, risk, audit, and compliance teams. • Participate in client meetings involving technical and functional discussions related to IRM.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or ServiceNow Technical Consultant. • Hands-on experience implementing, enhancing, or supporting the ServiceNow IRM/GRC module. • Knowledge of risk management, internal controls, audit, and compliance processes. • Experience with one or more IRM components: Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management, or Regulatory Change Management. • Knowledge of configuration and development on the ServiceNow platform. • Experience with integrations, REST APIs, and process automation. • Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ability to lead technical decisions and support team development. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders and levels of seniority. • Leadership, organizational, and delivery-tracking skills. • Advanced English; preferred for international projects. • ServiceNow CSA certification. • CIS – Risk and Compliance certification or another ServiceNow IRM-related certification is a plus. • End-to-end experience with IRM implementation projects is a plus. • Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 31000, SOX, COSO, and NIST is a plus. • Experience with SecOps and integrations between IRM, Information Security, and other ServiceNow modules is a plus. • Fluency in English and advanced Spanish are a plus. • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Technology, Information Security, Risk, Audit, or a related field is a plus.
