📋 Description

• The Oracle Cloud HCM Principal Consultant serves as a functional leader for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, specializing in Core HR. • This role is responsible for working directly with client stakeholders to define business requirements, lead solution design, and deliver Oracle Cloud configurations that support HR operations and administration. • The Principal Consultant provides subject matter expertise across Core HR while collaborating with project leadership, technical teams, and architects to ensure successful project delivery. • This role also supports client relationship management, functional leadership of project teams, and the adoption of Oracle HCM best practices.
