📋 Description
• Partner with CEO and senior leadership to align people strategy with business growth • Lead and elevate the Human Resources function, including Talent Acquisition and HR Operations • Build and execute talent development and succession planning strategies • Serve as a trusted advisor and objective voice of counsel for leadership
🎯 Requirements
• Experience leading an HR function in a high-growth, operationally complex organization • Experience designing and implementing talent development, succession planning, and/or leadership development programs • Expertise across talent strategy, compensation, benefits, learning, compliance, and HR systems • Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence decisions and shape organizational strategy
