📋 Description
• Responsible for all labor relations and related employee relations matters • Chief spokesperson in contract negotiations • Advises operations managers on labor relations matters • Represents the Company in arbitration cases • Addresses union organizing activity and delivers employee relations training
🎯 Requirements
• 5-10 years of applicable experience in labor relations in a multi union environment • Working knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act • Solid capability in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to drive change within an organization
