β’ Partnering with teams across APG, you will take ownership of ensuring customer expectations are met and delivered to a consistently high standard. β’ Play a key role in managing relationships with strategically significant customers. β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients. β’ Deliver Β£20m of sustainable revenue growth through strategic account planning, pipeline development and expansion of existing key accounts. β’ Regular communication with clients, resolve client queries and set up and lead strategic business meetings. β’ Identify, recommend and support the implementation of improved commercial and operational processes aligned with key account strategy. β’ Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams. β’ Focus on growing and developing existing accounts through structured up-selling and cross-selling of APG products and solutions. β’ Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports and forecasts. β’ Take ownership of and manage tender processes and requests for quotations.
β’ Proven experience in Strategic or Senior Account Management, managing major national or strategic accounts. β’ Demonstrable track record of delivering significant revenue growth within complex account portfolios. β’ Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. β’ Solid new business development experience alongside existing account growth. β’ Strong negotiation skills with a solution-oriented and problem-solving mindset. β’ Highly self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven. β’ Customer-centric approach with the ability to balance customer needs and commercial objectives. β’ Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, performance, and customer relationships. β’ Experience using Salesforce
