📋 Description

• Run onboarding and off-boarding end to end across every country Aphex operates in • Work with teams across the UK, Australia, Canada and Asia to implement new processes and projects • Maintain clear, accessible policies, benefits information and how-to documentation • Track company tools, ownership, costs and ongoing value • Support ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and SOC 2 readiness • Handle relocations, new entities, insurance and other growth-related projects • Shape the monthly internal newsletter and contribute to offsites and internal communications • Identify and fix process gaps, missing resources and inefficient workflows • Document process changes so the team works from a shared playbook • Work closely with the Ops Manager and teams across the UK, Australia, Canada and Asia

🎯 Requirements

• Exposure to tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack or HR systems • Experience in a startup, SaaS or fast-moving environment • Interest in people operations, IT or compliance (no deep knowledge needed) • Ability to take ownership of outcomes and drive work through to completion • Ability to proactively identify risks, friction and process improvements • Ability to manage several things moving at once and keep stakeholders updated • Clear written work and documentation across time zones • Reflective approach to mistakes and continuous improvement
