📋 Description

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and implementing software applications and enhancements • Develop and maintain program code in accordance with coding standards and best practices • Participate in system integration, testing, and deployment activities • Support the development of APIs, interfaces, and application integrations • Provide first-level and second-level technical support for business applications • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and defects • Assist in monitoring application performance and availability • Support application bug fixes, patches, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities • Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, coding, testing, and deployment • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support materials • Support release and change management processes • Ensure compliance with established development methodologies and governance standards • Work closely with developers, business analysts, testers, and end users to understand requirements • Assist in translating business needs into technical solutions • Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions • Perform unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing activities • Follow secure coding and quality assurance practices • Adhere to organizational policies, security requirements, and compliance standards • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or similar • Understanding of databases and SQL • Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies • Knowledge of source control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub • Exposure to web technologies, APIs, and application integration concepts • Basic understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices is preferred
