📋 Description

• Act as support biostatistician or statistical programmer interacting with the study team and sponsor • Support drafting statistical sections of protocols • Perform sample size and power calculations for studies • Support review of data management plans, data specifications, and related study documents • Support development of statistical analysis plans • Contribute to specifications for analysis datasets • Support development of statistical programs generating listings, tables, and figures outlined by statistical analysis plans • Perform QC of TLFs and other analysis datasets • Provide statistical input to Clinical Study Reports • Help ensure quality standards are followed across projects • Assess and implement new methodologies and techniques • Help foster thought leadership opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 yrs of experience with familiarity in healthcare consulting or pharmaceutical organizations • Strong basis in fundamental statistical concepts and methods • Familiarity with predictive equations, survival analysis, longitudinal data analysis, meta-analysis, mixed treatment comparison, and hierarchical analysis techniques • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and Bayesian statistics is a plus • Strong statistical programming skills with standard software • SAS, R, SQL, and/or Python • Excellent scientific, business writing, and presentation skills with attention to detail • Exceptional communication skills, especially relaying technical information and project concepts • Competent in written and spoken English • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to learn quickly • Ability to communicate effectively in non-technical terms with project team members • Ability to work well in a team and independently, and take a leadership role regarding methodological elements • Master or higher degrees in Public Health, Health Economics, Health Policy, Statistics, Biostatics, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields
