📋 Description

• Develop and review contracts for low to medium complexity projects through execution, including CDAs, ISAs, IPAs, WSCs, and budgets if required, excluding MSAs • Develop and apply working knowledge of Labcorp business units to ensure proper contract terms for all types of studies • Generate cash flow analyses and payment schedules with management support for agreements, in accordance with Contract Management guidelines, for senior department review • Follow up on outstanding contract issues to meet internal and external deadlines and minimize business and legal risk • Work cross-functionally with Contract Analysts, Client Services, Finance, Pricing, and Sales to resolve contract issues • Assist Analysts and SMEs with periodic client follow-up for contract documentation • Assist in managing contract processes and client relationships • Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve global contract delivery • Adhere to Contract Management policies and processes • Provide accurate updates on outstanding contractual documents to management through required systems or tracking mechanisms • Participate in project review meetings as necessary • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of business experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or CRO settings • Ability to plan, multitask, and prioritize • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word • Demonstrated problem-solving skills • Excellent customer service skills • Attention to detail and persistence while maintaining tact • Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • BA or BS in business or life sciences, or equivalent experience
