📋 Description

• Support qualitative research and consulting projects to meet timelines and quality standards • Conduct and analyze qualitative interviews and generate meaningful insights • Apply established consulting methodologies and contribute to client deliverables • Collaborate with project teams and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships • Support project documentation, presentations, and operational activities • Take responsibility for ensuring client work is performed and delivered on time under the general direction of the Project Lead and Technical SMEs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field • 1-2 years of experience in qualitative interviews and data analysis • Proficiency with qualitative analysis tools (e.g., Atlas.ti, NVivo) • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, research, or consulting environments preferred • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus • Qualitative research and analysis • Client focus and quality orientation • Problem-solving and results-driven mindset • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Team collaboration and cross-cultural effectiveness
