📋 Description

• Translate the billing model in Zuora into actionable data requirements for the integration team • Lead business analysis for scope not covered by Zuora’s professional services, including custom billing rules, revenue recognition, and reporting • Guide finance and business stakeholders through transformation from a legacy accounting system to Zuora • Interpret Zuora’s data model and billing logic to unblock the integration team • Act as a partial platform advisor rather than a full platform administrator • Facilitate decisions and trade-off conversations with the controller and finance stakeholders • Maintain stakeholder communication and technical context continuity during a planned handover or coverage period

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience • Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis • Strong subscription and billing domain knowledge, covering recurring revenue, invoicing, and the payment lifecycle • Data literacy, including the ability to read pipeline logic, validate data flows, and QA outputs • Stakeholder facilitation skills, including running workshops, producing decision documents, and framing trade-offs for technical and non-technical audiences • Prior ERP or accounting system migration or transformation experience • Ability to ramp up independently and learn a new billing platform’s data model and business context with minimal oversight • Advanced conversational English • Executive-facing communication skills sufficient to work directly with a US-based controller and finance team • Zuora platform familiarity across billing, revenue, and CPQ modules is a nice to have • GCP ecosystem awareness, including BigQuery, Looker, and Data Studio is a nice to have • Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Kotter is a nice to have • Zuora Certified Administrator or Revenue Analyst certification is a nice to have
