• Focus on executing the Business Development strategy. • Develop relationships with key partners and clients in Uzbekistan. • Convert registrations to FTD, upsell and increase deposits. • Identify new potential partners via channels such as LinkedIn. • Negotiate terms with existing clients. • Stay informed about the financial markets.
• Minimum of 2-3 years retail and/or institutional Business Development experience. • Excellent oral communication skills are mandatory. • Excellent Interpersonal skills. • Ability to problem solve quickly. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Professional guidance to new and existing partners. • Develop the indirect business for the company. • Source, acquire and maintain client's relationships. • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs. • Provide basic troubleshooting and support for issues experienced by partners and clients.
