• Manage incoming chat and emails. • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. • Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (C1 - C2) • Very good command of English (B2 – C1) • Good MS Office skills. • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
