• Manage incoming chat, mail or phone calls. • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. • Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools. • Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in **Swedish **(C1 - C2) • Very good command of **English **(B2 – C1) • Good MS Office skills. • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively..
