📋 Description

• Develop backend applications with Rails and Node.js • Maintain and extend existing systems and scale them for growth • Work with infrastructure including containers, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP • Take ownership of operations, monitoring, and DevOps • Ensure code quality through testing, CI, and monitoring • Work in AI-supported processes built by developers for developers • Develop highly scalable backend systems for innovative mobile apps and intuitive web applications

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for coding and enthusiasm for innovation • 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails • Initial experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript • Strong interest in and experience with LLMs/AI • Proficient in OOP and MVC frameworks • Critical thinking: You test new approaches, challenge hype, and focus on sustainable, high-quality solutions • Communication: Fluent in German and English • Willingness to work in AI-supported processes
