📋 Description

• Further development of the backend for the Athena app • Work with the Rails, React Native, and React tech stack • Develop and maintain the iPad app, the practice mini-server, the central Ruby on Rails backend, and the template editor • Take on DevOps tasks related to the infrastructure • Carry out and support deployment, CI/CD, and monitoring • Ensure stable, secure, and scalable operation of the components • Collaborate with software developers at all levels • Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions • Contribute to effort estimation and task refinement with the Product Owner and developers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails or a similar web framework • Good understanding of REST APIs • Experience writing clean, well-tested code • Experience with DevOps practices, such as Ansible, Terraform, and GitHub Actions • Solid understanding of operating modern web applications • Good command of English • Willingness and ability to collaborate on effort estimation and task refinement with the Product Owner and other developers • Experience working in, or suitability for, a remote-first team • Clear communication and thorough documentation • Critical thinking and openness to different opinions
