📋 Description

• Develop APIs and monoliths with web interfaces, primarily using Ruby on Rails • Build and operate systems and infrastructure with Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloudflare • Develop fast, engaging web experiences with React, Astro, and Tailwind • Consider SEO, performance, and accessibility from the outset • Implement CMS solutions with Payload or as custom-built solutions when needed • Build and maintain n8n automations • Integrate APIs for internal tools such as Asana, Grafana, and Google APIs • Write clean code and meaningful tests • Implement DevSecOps as a core component • Work across changing stacks and projects in areas such as sports, health, green tech, and telecommunications • Take ownership, think proactively, and actively help shape our work

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Ruby on Rails • Experience with Node.js and/or PHP is a plus • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Cloudflare, or comparable cloud and container tools • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills • Experience with React, Astro, and Tailwind • Knowledge of SEO, performance, and accessibility • Knowledge of CMS solutions; experience with Payload or custom-built solutions is a plus • Willingness to take ownership • Ability to identify problems early • Willingness to share learnings with the team • Interest in working with changing stacks and projects • Purposeful use of AI tools, especially Claude • Interest in AI coding, agents, and automation • Application documents including a CV and Git repository
