📋 Description

• Provide stakeholder management, requirements gathering, information modeling, and process documentation • Serve as EWIMP data governance lead and act as liaison to Field Hubs and SME Teams • Profile data & monitor data-quality metrics via dashboards in Microsoft Purview • Align data practices with VA privacy, HIPAA, and FISMA requirements • Prepare executive briefings, infographics, and data playbooks • Support ongoing Post-Go-Live efforts and enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or 6 additional years specialized experience) • Minimum 8 years of experience (6 specialized) in requirements elicitation, analysis, and health information systems • Experience with VA data sources, Federal EHR, or clinical data repositories • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills • Familiarity with health information standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
