📋 Description

• Provide senior analytical support for HITU, focusing on operations, performance, and readiness. • Analyze EHR workloads, enhancement pipelines, and operational metrics to inform leadership decision-making. • Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reporting products in support of Government-managed systems. • Support release planning and coordination, including tracking impacts to operations, training, and support functions for HITU programs. • Facilitate IT governance meetings, document decisions, and track action items. • Support operational planning, resource analysis, and workload forecasting for HITU programs. • Identify process improvement opportunities within EHR operations and governance processes. • Coordinate with clinical stakeholders, technical teams, trainers, and leadership. • Maintain documentation related to HITU program operations, decisions, and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience supporting large-scale programs, including operational analysis, performance tracking, and readiness assessment. • Strong analytical ability to evaluate operational workloads, enhancement pipelines, and system usage trends. • Expertise in developing program metrics, dashboards, and management reports for leadership decision-making. • Ability to support release coordination, including tracking impacts to operations, training, and support functions. • Experience facilitating governance meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking action items. • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities within operational workflows and governance processes. • Strong skills in synthesizing complex technical and clinical information into clear, actionable insights. • Demonstrated ability to support coordination between clinical users, technical teams, and leadership. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
