📋 Description

• Advising on and selling PLM and CPQ software • Prospecting and acquiring new customers • Qualifying new customer leads • Identifying customer requirements • Presenting tailored solutions • Conducting and supporting product demos • Full sales-cycle management • Managing new customers both remotely and on-site • Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities • Maintaining sales opportunities and customer data in the CRM • Actively using additional IT tools to support sales • Managing and monitoring the sales pipeline • Intentionally leveraging AI and automation tools to improve workflows, identify recurring use cases, and continuously optimize results.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales of complex solutions — ideally in the manufacturing sector • Native-level German and strong English skills • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Quick comprehension, adaptability, and a strong solution-oriented mindset • Willingness to work independently and take responsibility • Enjoy direct on-site client contact (travel up to 30%)

• Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a 30-minute online assessment as part of the application process. • The official working time zones are EST for US employees and CET for EMEA employees. • Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.
