📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate scalable compute systems supporting training, inference, and scientific workloads • Contribute to architecture and design decisions around compute infrastructure, scheduling, and resource management • Take ownership of key engineering projects, from design through to production and iteration • Improve system reliability, performance, and observability across compute and infrastructure components • Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient resource usage • Drive best practices in system design, testing, and operational excellence • Mentor junior engineers and act as a technical reference within the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend, infrastructure, or platform systems • Strong proficiency in **Python** and experience building production-grade systems • Experience with **distributed systems** and **compute-heavy or high-throughput environment** • Solid understanding of **system design, scalability, and reliability principles** • Experience working with **cloud infrastructure** (e.g. AWS) and operating systems in production • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Nice‑to‑Have • Experience with **large-scale compute platforms or infrastructure** • Exposure to **ML infrastructure or model execution environments** • Experience with **PyTorch, CUDA**, or running custom models in production • Experience designing or operating **workflow orchestration systems** • Track record of optimizing systems for **cost-efficiency at scale**
