• Actively prospect companies that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) • Initiate and conduct consultative commercial conversations via phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn • Generate interest and build relationships • Apply sales qualification methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Talker and BANT) • Schedule qualified meetings for Sales Executives • Keep the CRM rigorously updated with all interactions and relevant lead information • Closely monitor your targets and performance indicators • Work closely with the Sales team to align strategies • Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity
• Solid experience in pre-sales, with a main focus on outbound prospecting • Experience selling complex B2B solutions, especially HR software and ERPs • Experience with platforms such as Sênior Sistemas, TOTVS, Sankhya or similar is desirable • Knowledge and practical application of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling and BANT • Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Ramper, Snovio) and CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot) • University degree completed or in progress is a plus • Strong self-management, organizational skills, proactivity and a results-oriented focus • Excellent persuasive communication, team spirit and ability to build relationships • Resilience to handle challenges, curiosity and a strong openness to feedback and continuous development • Availability to start in January 2026
• Salary between BRL 3,100.00 and BRL 3,800.00 • Commissions: up to BRL 1,500.00 upon achieving 100% of the target • Health insurance (co-pay) • Regional partnerships and discounts (local to the company's area) • Assistance for equipment purchases
