• Experiência mínima de 2 anos em pré-vendas ou prospecção B2B; • Vivência com outbound e qualificação de leads; • Ensino superior cursando ou completo (áreas comerciais, RH ou correlatas); • Organização e disciplina na gestão do funil; • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; • Desejável interesse ou conhecimento em soluções de RH, BPO ou legislação trabalhista. • Buscamos um perfil com: • Organização e consistência na execução; • Comunicação clara, direta e assertiva; • Perfil analítico e estratégico, com abordagem consultiva; • Proatividade e autonomia no dia a dia; • Capacidade de gerar valor em conversas comerciais; • Interesse em atuar com vendas de maior complexidade (alto ticket).
• Remuneração fixa: R$ 3.000,00 (CLT) • Variável média entre R$ 700,00 e R$ 1.000,00 (conforme performance) • Vale alimentação: R$ 31,00 por dia útil • Vale transporte(há desconto de até 6% conforme lei 7.418/1985) • Assistência médica (Plano Amil com 50% subsidiado para o titular) • Modelo 100% home office para todo o Brasil, sendo um diferencial estar em São Paulo pela possibilidade de participação em encontros presenciais pontuais. • Jornada de segunda a quinta das 08h às 18h e sexta de 08h às 17h(com 1h de intervalo)
