📋 Description

• Develop process automation solutions using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI), integrating other technologies and languages when necessary, with a focus on stable, reliable, and effective solutions. • Provide support and maintenance for previously developed apps, automated flows, and dashboards. • Actively contribute to continuous improvement processes by proposing optimizations to automations, apps, and data models. • Work collaboratively with other developers and analysts to enhance solutions, define best practices, gather requirements from users, understand business needs, and identify new features and automation opportunities. • Keep technical documentation for apps, flows, integrations, and dashboards organized and up to date. • Provide end-user support, assisting with incident resolution and proper use of the developed solutions. • Research, evaluate, and recommend new tools, features, best practices, integrations, and services that contribute to the evolution of digital solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Required education: Degrees in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields are most aligned with this role, but all educational backgrounds are welcome. • Languages: Intermediate English; Basic Spanish. • Software knowledge: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, as well as development support tools such as Figma and other commonly used tools for development, documentation, and version control, including integrations with SharePoint, SQL, and Power Platform connectors. • Technical knowledge: Theoretical and practical experience with the Power Platform, focusing on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI; experience in front-end and back-end application development, including building interfaces in Power Apps, business logic, automations, integrations, and data consumption; understanding of programming logic, algorithms, and data structuring applied to information modeling and automations; familiarity with Power Platform connectors, expressions, and functions, as well as integrations with external services, APIs, and data sources; strong problem-solving skills and logical/analytical thinking for diagnosing and fixing issues in apps, flows, and reports; collaborative profile with good verbal and written communication skills, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders. Differentials: knowledge of additional programming languages (R, Python, SQL); HTML; basic knowledge of Azure or cloud services. • Work location: São Paulo or the São Paulo metropolitan area.
