📋 Description

• Build and continuously improve monitoring tools and reports for Arco’s key revenue indicators, generating analytical learnings and actionable insights for the Operations and Profitability team • Develop and continuously monitor the budget, connecting strategic and financial plans with operational guidelines • Prepare executive materials and presentations for senior leadership, with direct exposure to Arco’s key executives and leaders • Lead and coordinate the technical team, fostering team development and the delivery of high-impact data products • Structure and solve complex business problems through the extensive use of data analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Strong data fluency and technical proficiency with analytical tools, including SQL and the analytics toolkit • Strong ability to structure and solve complex problems • Demonstrated ability and experience coordinating and leading a team • Excellent interpersonal communication and executive presentation skills for engagement with senior management • Builder mindset, proactive approach, strong ownership, and enthusiasm for structuring new initiatives from the ground up • Preferred: proficiency and hands-on experience with statistical tools and analytical programming languages, such as Python and R • Preferred: interest in financial topics and corporate budget management • Preferred: interest in data architecture and data structuring, including Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering
