📋 Description

• Develop and maintain BI solutions enabling data-driven decisions across business functions • Provide production support and troubleshoot data quality and reporting issues • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance • Use SQL coding and data modeling to help ensure data accuracy and integrity • Apply business operations knowledge to understand and address different business areas’ needs • Use data movement tools to develop reports with views and update requirements • Support end-to-end project delivery, from sourcing data to designing dashboards, under senior team guidance • Collaborate with business users to understand and document requirements in Jira • Develop tailored BI solutions for business users • Participate in design and code reviews and assist in evaluating new technologies • Gather project expectations, communicate project status, and address risks or issues with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience using and developing in one or more BI tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and BI/cloud platforms, such as AWS or Snowflake • Working knowledge of SQL coding and data modeling required • Experience with business operations practices preferred • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data and reporting issues • Ability to contribute to end-to-end projects and deliver quality BI solutions • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities • Familiarity with BI schedules, workflows, and data movements is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews • Background checks are required • Must comply with Arctic Wolf Information Security policies, standards, processes, and controls • Employment may be conditioned on authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations
