📋 Description
• Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of system administrators and developers across business applications and BI platforms • Manage team delivery using Agile methodologies with two-week sprint cycles • Provide leadership oversight for Salesforce, NetSuite, BI platforms, and application integrations • Define and monitor delivery and operational metrics such as velocity, sprint predictability, and defect trends • Act as an escalation point for delivery and operational issues • Communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly to leadership
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Business Applications or related technology domains • Previous people management experience, including performance management • Hands-on Agile delivery experience • Working knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, BI platforms, and data integrations • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • Proven experience managing Agile teams in sprint-based delivery models
