📋 Description

• Own and lead the bank's RegTech strategy, ensuring alignment with AML and regulatory requirements. • Manage and optimize digital solutions for compliance, improving efficiency and effectiveness. • Provide subject matter expertise in AML and compliance digitization, guiding the team's efforts. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement cutting-edge digital tools for compliance. • Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry trends, keeping our solutions relevant and effective. • Conduct regular reviews of compliance digitization initiatives, identifying and addressing improvement areas. • Lead and mentor a talented team, fostering their professional growth and development. • Establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting knowledge sharing. • Ensure data security and integrity within our RegTech solutions, implementing robust data protection measures. • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our regulatory technology landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on RegTech and compliance. • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success. • Deep expertise in AML regulations and compliance digitization strategies. • Strong analytical skills, coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving. • Excellent communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. • Experience in change management and project delivery, with a track record of successful implementations. • A results-driven mindset, focused on continuous improvement and innovation. • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • A solid understanding of data privacy and security principles, with experience in data protection.
