📋 Description

• Support and undertake feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans for European projects • Conduct quantity take-off from design information at various design stages • Identify, communicate and mitigate risks associated with design and cost estimates • Work with measurement codes including NRM and SMM7 • Work closely with the team and raise RFIs to optimise deliverables • Deliver cost plans for occupier and investor clients • Deliver high-quality services from inception to completion • Manage and build strong relationships with the team • Support bids and engage with other areas of the business • Report to the Cost Lead and support project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum experience of 4–5 years in a technical and experience-based QS/CM background • MRICS preferred but not mandatory for the right individual • Experience with fit-out of commercial office, hotel / hospitality and residential projects desirable • Experience delivering projects to a variety of client groups • Experience managing key client projects • Experience providing advice / guidance to multi-disciplinary teams • Understanding of European construction methodology • Experience with quantity take-off from design information at various design stages • Knowledge of European measurement codes such as NRM and SMM7 • Developed verbal, numerical and report/proposal writing skills • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, preferably CostX • Flexible and able to work to deadlines • Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated • Willing to become part of an engaged and supportive team
