📋 Description
• Analyze title insurance risks and underwriting issues. • Provide underwriting solutions to agents and sales team. • Handle residential and commercial transactions underwriting. • Present training seminars to educate title agents. • Provide outstanding customer service and handle inquiries. • Travel with sales staff for agent visits throughout the state.
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. degree. • At least 3 years of relevant experience. • Member in good standing with the Florida Bar. • Strong knowledge of Florida real property law and the title insurance industry. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
