📋 Description

• Provide legal support and day-to-day contracting needs for assigned business units • Draft, negotiate, review, and approve GPO member and supplier agreements • Conduct training sessions for business units on relevant legal matters • Counsel business teams on regulatory compliance with emphasis on healthcare regulations • Work independently on moderately complex legal matters with limited direction • Interact with senior management, Premier’s members, regulatory agencies, and outside counsel

🎯 Requirements

• 7 or more years of applicable experience • Juris Doctorate (Required) • Active member of a state bar • Demonstrated ability to work independently and accurately under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail • Strong organizational and time management skills • Sound judgement, and the ability to work collaboratively • Superior analytical and writing skills, coupled with good business and financial acumen • Extensive knowledge of commercial contract law and transactional experience • Understanding of healthcare regulatory law • Experience analyzing matters involving the federal Anti-Kickback Statute is highly preferred • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
