📋 Description
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across projects • Oversee contract administration, change orders, and claims management • Establish commercial governance, reporting, and controls • Partner with Director of Field Operations and VP on strategy and execution • Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks • Support margin management and profitability targets • Serve as primary commercial interface with clients and external partners • Build scalable financial systems to support division growth
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years experience in commercial/project financial management • Background in large-scale construction or capital projects • Strong contract, risk, and cost control expertise • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
