📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic advisor and main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing solutions that meet defined KPIs and marketing objectives. • Build, maintain, and grow multi-stakeholder relationships, including executive and senior-level client contacts. • Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that drive incremental revenue. • Monitor account performance through data-driven insights, preparing detailed performance marketing reports and presenting strategic recommendations to clients and leadership. • Lead weekly strategic planning sessions to assess progress, recalibrate priorities, and mitigate risks. • Anticipate client challenges and proactively deliver solutions to maintain satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows, processes, and client delivery standards, ensuring operational excellence. • Represent the agency’s brand and values in all client interactions, maintaining professionalism, transparency, and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital account management, client services, or business development, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficient in discussing paid media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, Bing, and Demand Generation. Able to engage clients in detailed conversations about campaign performance, targeting, and optimization without the need for additional resources. • Proven track record managing enterprise or high-value accounts with measurable results tied to client growth and retention. • Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines, including paid media, analytics, SEO, CRM, content, and automation. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive strategic decisions. • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., ClickUp, HubSpot, Asana, Salesforce). • Must be fluent in English and comfortable communicating with the U.S.-based clients daily.
