• The Director of Sales and Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships. • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances. • Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking. • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry leaders. • Oversee the negotiation and closing of key business deals. • Build and lead a high-performing sales and business development team. • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance team performance. • Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and ensure alignment with company objectives. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
