📋 Description

• Oversee all customer sales and channel activities within the designated geographical region. • Focus on achieving revenue growth and profit objectives for the company. • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand market coverage for Armstrong solutions. • Establish and maintain strong relationships within our representative network and key stakeholders. • Execute sales process to meet and exceed revenue targets within the assigned region. • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with representatives, consulting engineers, contractors, and end users. • Actively engage with representatives to drive product awareness and increase market penetration. • Collaborate with consulting engineers to provide technical expertise and guidance on product selection and application. • Support contractors throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth and successful project execution. • Conduct regular meetings and site visits to foster relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent sales, marketing and leadership experience. • PE, LEED/A/P, trade organization membership a plus. • HVAC chilled water plant and system application expertise. • Desire to learn and stay educated in industry innovations and technology. • Creative problem-solving skills, conflict management skills. • Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear, well thought-out recommendations. • Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action. • Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results. • Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations. • Domestic travel required (40-50%), must have valid passport. • High performance cultural fit with the US team required. • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
