📋 Description

• Manage and grow sales within assigned territory while adhering to Company pricing guidelines. • Communicate the Company’s value proposition and solution-selling effectively to engineers, contractors, and building owners. • Maintain strong relationships with key sales channel partners, including wholesalers, mechanical contractors, repair shops, and original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s). • Assist in establishing sales goals and objectives for the team. • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. • Prepare bi-weekly market activity reports and maintain up-to-date Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. • Oversee customer contracts and ensure accurate contract verification and order processing. • Generate and analyze sales reports on a daily, quarterly, and annual basis as required by management. • Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback on campaigns and initiatives. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for market share growth.

🎯 Requirements

• University Engineering or College technical degree preferred from a Mechanical Engineering program. • Minimum 5 years’ direct sales experience in a relevant industry. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset • Expertise in HVAC products and systems, including experience with HVAC product selection software • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software • Self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and provide strategic recommendations • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to navigate and manage relationships within centralized and matrix organizational structures
