📋 Description

• Responsible for the strategy and execution of their respective Sales Team, providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum sales, profitability and growth. • Create a vision for the team, organize analytics, improve processes and meet and exceed SLA’s. • Act as an advocate to spread vendors' sales strategy throughout the business and leverage Arrow’s strengths to build relationships and grow the brand. • Mentor, develop and motivate the Sales team; create a high performance culture and a pipeline of successors for leadership positions. • Recruit, hire and mentor top sales management talent; guide managers on recruiting, hiring, performance reviews, development plans and promotions. • Create and execute sales vision and strategy; use sales data and metrics to implement systems and processes to grow sales and address shortcomings. • Strategically manage vendor and customer relationships to enhance brand, sales and profitability. • Participate in a sales compensation plan where a portion of OTE is variable and tied to specific sales-related goals. • Provide leadership to managers, develop departmental plans, control resources and policy, and resolve complex problems in fast-changing/regulatory environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience. • Expert knowledge of the business and senior-level understanding of the marketplace and trends. • Proven leadership experience managing large, potentially diverse teams of managers and/or senior professionals. • Experience recruiting, hiring, mentoring and developing sales management talent. • Experience using sales data, SLA’s and metrics to implement systems and processes and drive sales performance. • Strong vendor and customer relationship management skills. • Ability to develop departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities, and to control resources and policy formation. • Experience participating in sales compensation plans and working with variable OTE tied to sales goals.
