📋 Description

• Work with sales representatives, business partners, and end users to create systems configurations based on customer requirements • Recommend products and run alternative configurations to identify better customer solutions • Resolve design configuration issues and run revisions • Train sales representatives and partner engineers on configuration tools • Provide pre-sales product training • Keep up to date with new products and maintain product certifications • Prepare technical presentations and vendor trainings for partners • Provide product demonstrations showing how products meet client needs • Educate partners, inside sales, and other technicians on products and solutions

• Strong interpersonal skills, presentation, and training skills • Good communication, time-management, and prioritizing skills • Proven ability to meet quotas/metrics and consult customers in a client facing capacity • Ability to think creatively and provide service-oriented solutions recommendations to meet customer demand • Ability to work in Bulgaria
