📋 Description

• Preparing monthly payroll, including wages, salaries, allowances, and deductions • Maintaining and updating employee master data and ensuring its quality and completeness • Serving as a contact for HR departments and employees regarding payroll-related questions • Preparing analyses and statistical reports • Working closely with the financial accounting team • Supporting HR-related measures and initiatives • Contributing to the optimization of payroll processes • Implementing current payroll requirements under tax, social security, and employment law • Supporting digitalization and HR projects, particularly the implementation of the new tool • Supporting multiple hospital locations as part of the central HR payroll team • Collaborating with HR representatives at the hospital locations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on HR, and several years of experience in payroll and/or finance; alternatively, a relevant degree • Sound knowledge of tax and social security law • Proficiency in modern office and business software • Knowledge of P&I LogaHR is an advantage • Independent, structured, and responsible approach to work • Strong communication skills, reliability, and resilience • Team spirit, initiative, and a strong service orientation • Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable
