• Technologische Weiterentwicklung der Anwendungen im Payroll-Umfeld • Entwicklung moderner und intuitiver Benutzeroberflächen mit Fokus auf hohe Benutzerfreundlichkeit • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Automatisierungslösungen und innovativen Funktionen, einschließlich KI-gestützter Lösungen • Sicherstellung einer hohen Softwarequalität • Zusammenarbeit in einem agilen Team an nachhaltigen Lösungen • Offener Wissensaustausch und Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen technologischen Weiterentwicklung des Produkts

🎯 Requirements

• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Delphi und C# • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL und relationalen Datenbanken, z. B. InterBase, Firebird und MS SQL Server • Interesse an modernen Softwarearchitekturen, Automatisierungslösungen und innovativen Technologien • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) • Erste Erfahrungen im HR-, Payroll- oder ERP-Umfeld sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung
