📋 Description

• Customer projects in the area of SAP HCM in all on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE) • Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions and blueprints • System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll accounting) • Support in all project phases - conception, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of SAP HCM • As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience • Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY) • Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law • Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics • Experience with project management and consulting methods • Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness as well as solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence • Business fluent German and fluent English • Communication and teamwork skills and a convincing appearance.
