📋 Description

• Customer projects in SAP HCM across all on-premise components with a focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE) • Analyze customer situations and prepare process documentation, designs, and blueprints • Implement customer requirements on the system side (including customizing, schemas, and payroll cycles) • Support all project phases — conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and rollout of SAP HCM • As a senior consultant, take on partial project management responsibilities in smaller teams on-site at customer locations.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree and several years of relevant professional experience • Knowledge of business and IT processes and how they are mapped in the SAP HCM system (PY) • Experience with collective bargaining regulations for compensation and knowledge of tax and social security law • Excellent knowledge of SAP-specific schemas, cycles, and characteristics • Experience with project management and consulting methodologies • Self-motivated, persuasive, and assertive, with solution- and process-oriented thinking and strong methodological skills • Business-fluent German and fluent English • Strong communication and teamwork skills and a professional presence
