• Oversee and drive sales operations within an assigned region for the prostate cancer sales team. • Responsible for managing a team of Sales Account Executives (SAE). • Develop strategic sales plans and ensure revenue growth. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to drive decision-making. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.) • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role. • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively. • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required. • 10+ Years of Relevant Sales Experience in Oncology/Urology (Strongly Preferred)
