📋 Description

• Analyze and develop concrete customer use cases for data- and AI-based IT solutions • Create practically implementable solution concepts — technical, functional, and architectural • Develop PoC, MVP, and production-ready applications on cloud and on-premise stacks • Apply modern LLM technologies: embeddings, re-ranking, prompting, fine-tuning, retrieval concepts and other methods that increase customer value • Work closely with our architects, consultants, and clients to integrate solutions into existing system landscapes • Contribute to the further development of our product lines (QI-Box, QI-Flow) and our standardized implementation process

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering • Strong proficiency in Python and common ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) • Solid experience with LLMs, RAG systems, embeddings, and evaluation methodologies • Confident handling of relational databases and SQL as well as vector databases • Experience building robust data pipelines and basic knowledge of MLOps • Experience with structured data (e.g., time series) and unstructured data (texts, PDFs, documents) • Experience with cloud or on-premise environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Understanding of containerized deployments, API design, and integrations • Organized, structured, and independent way of working • Precise communication, strong team skills, and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration • Ability to present complex technical topics clearly and understandably to customers
