📋 Description
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction • Understand clients' business objectives and guide the use of Arvo's solutions to maximize impact and value • Lead the prioritization of features and initiatives for clients based on potential return and client context • Conduct onboarding sessions and regular check-ins with clients • Develop reports or dashboards on the impact of implemented solutions • Present results to internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to align priorities and deliver effective solutions • Translate clients' business challenges into practical solutions • Lead strategic sessions and provide analytical support for customized solutions alongside a dedicated squad
