📋 Description

• Design, build and maintain Azure-based infrastructure using Terraform modules (IaaS and PaaS resources) • Troubleshoot IaaS and PaaS issues reported via incidents in ServiceNow and meet ticket SLA closure targets • Documentation and knowledge sharing: create and maintain environment diagrams, runbooks, operational guides, and best-practice documents • Communicate with internal business partners, including providing guidance on application design.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with core Azure services: Resource Manager, Virtual Machines/Scale Sets, Storage (Blob/Files), Networking (VNets, NSGs, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, DNS, Private Link) • Experience administering Windows or Linux systems, with strong troubleshooting skills • Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) • Experience with Terraform • Ability to work independently, take initiative without supervision, and apply strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Preferred: Experience with Bicep and/or ARM templates • CI/CD and automation: Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions (YAML) • Familiarity with configuration management tools, preferably Ansible • Familiarity with configuration and management of Kafka, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Shell, or PowerShell • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
