📋 Description

• Monitor and assess the client's cloud consumption, acting in a consultative and proactive role to design potential improvements; • Estimate and implement improvements in the client's environment with a focus on cost reduction; • Provide support and maintenance for environments in major public clouds (AWS, GCP and Azure); • Participate in incident resolution across various levels, with particular involvement in medium-complexity incidents; • Work proactively to optimize performance, capacity, and the utilization of infrastructure resources; • Provide occasional technical support to the team;

🎯 Requirements

• Clear communication and attention to detail; • Reliability with deadlines and schedules; • Ability to produce technical documentation for use by the team and clients; • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure support (preferably AWS); • Operating systems (Linux and Windows); • Web servers (Apache, Nginx and IIS); • Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible and CloudFormation); • Experience creating and managing containers (Kubernetes, Docker, autoscaling, Spot.io); • Skill in developing and consuming REST APIs; • Knowledge of infrastructure management; • At least 2 years of proven experience in the area (or equivalent experience demonstrating technical and practical proficiency in the role);
