📋 Description

• Record and document technical audit opinions clearly and systematically on internal and external platforms • Provide operational support to the team in resolving questions about billing workflows and claims analysis • Apply nursing expertise in an auditing context • Support Arvo’s mission to make healthcare in Brazil more accessible by using data and artificial intelligence to reduce fraud, abuse, and waste in healthcare payments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing • Active COREN registration • Basic to intermediate knowledge of the main healthcare billing coding tables: SIMPRO, BRASÍNDICE, TUSS, and CBHPM • Previous experience with health insurers, healthcare providers, or billing/audit consulting firms is preferred • Early-career professional in the auditing field • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Interest in the healthcare and technology ecosystem • Ability to quickly learn new operational processes • Ability to apply nursing expertise in a practical and rigorous manner
